Two Materials, One Intelligent Pillowcase
Silk and cotton are both natural fibres, and each is at its best in a different place. Your Intelligent Pillowcase uses both, one on each side.
Silk, for Sleeping
One side is 22 momme mulberry silk in a curated colour. It is the side you sleep on—a smooth surface for your skin and hair designed to reduce friction as you sleep.
Cotton, for Your Day
The other side is a designer printed 100% cotton. By day, turn it over and let the print show. By night it faces your bedsheet, never your face. In our own testing over three months, this premium structured cotton backing stays put against cotton bedsheets, helping keep your pillow firmly where you lie without slipping.
Why Cotton?
Many pillowcases are backed with a synthetic fibre chosen to feel like silk, such as lyocell or bamboo-derived viscose. We wanted the opposite. We sampled alternative backings side by side and chose cotton straight away for a crisp, clean feel that holds a designer print beautifully, providing silk where it matters most, and cotton where it performs best.
